I love Firehouse when we get it catered but literally every single time I get it to go it’s a disaster! EVERY SINGLE TIME! You spend $20-30 on a sandwich and it falls apart and it’s inedible. Hook and Ladder the amount of meat and lettuce even when asking for light lettuce I made a whole other sandwich with and it’s soggy but I try to ask them to put light lettuce and not so much meat and it’s like even more messy. Like I don’t get itAs high as things are just make it right to start with Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Oh no, that sounds incredibly frustrating! I can imagine how disappointing it must be when you’re excited for your meal and it just doesn’t come together. It's really not what we want for you. I totally understand wanting that perfect Hook and Ladder without the sogginess! We truly want you to enjoy your Firehouse experience, whether it’s catered or to-go. I think it's time for the building to get refurbished a little bit , starting to look old , but the food was great Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The people at the location: Amazing!! Food: Great! Call center (not store): Not Good. I can’t give 5 stars because their call center is always wrong. They don’t know the hours and gives out wrong information. This has happened a few times. I called around 9pm. Lady said she couldn’t “take my order” because they closed at 9pm.(Not my first time getting this response) This only happens when the call goes automatically to the call center. Google: 10pm (closing) Store front: 10pm (closing) I’m confused. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
