They accidentally put the wrong sandwich in my order, but they prioritized correcting this issue and even gave me a free cookie. Which I greatly appreciated! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cristian, that’s a bummer about the wrong sandwich, but it’s great to hear they jumped on it and got things corrected quickly. The extra cookie was such a nice touch too—made a real difference. Hope you’ll swing by Firehouse Subs again soon!

Cary, who I presume to be the manager judging by the difference in her attire, is excessively rude. My co-worker ordered ahead of me. She had a slight medication to her order “no meatballs”. Cary was rude and let out a very unprofessional huff and sigh as she rubbed her face like it was the end all. With a harsh voice she told the lady beside her “pepperoni pizza sub BUT No Meatballs”. It was awkward and neither of us understood the issue. As it was my turn, I tried to order a kids meal. As I gave her my order she huffed and rolled her eyes, and told me that I needed to “just get a small”. Despite her attitude making this encounter extremely uncomfortable, I asked “why, is there a difference?” Cary’s response was only “it’s just easier”. I then asked what the price difference was, and she snipped “not much”. I knew my order would be different. I also knew it would cost more than what I originally wanted. I told her it was fine, as I didn’t want to make a big deal. So, she changed my order. Come to find out, it was a $4.00 price difference that did not include the cookie. That would have added to the difference of the total. I still do not understand what was difficult about my order. Neither my coworker, or I were rude or difficult to deal with. Cary, I hope you read this and look within yourself and realize that your behavior was unacceptable. There is no need to treat people the way we were treated today. If our requests were not manageable or against policy, a polite explanation would have been satisfactory. We all have bad days, but bad behavior is never an excuse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Myself and maybe 6 others waited for 20-30 minutes to get our food. Honestly wouldn’t have bothered me as much if all the guys behind the counter making the sandwiches took as long as they did because they talked and argued the whole time. Our food would have been ready way sooner but there was WAY too much back and forth bickering between the guys behind the counter. There was one girl there and she was doing amazing. She took my order great and refilled the drink machine. She did her job well. However I cannot say the same for the others. It was really annoying how much time they wasted and how much of my time was wasted in the process. Usually this is my go to firehouse and the guys weren’t rude, just didn’t feel like they were being professional. Other than that the food is always amazing and never fails. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
