I highly recommend management speak to the employees who were working June 15 at 3 p.m. at this location. The constant loud unprofessional conversations, bickering, and comments like “bro, step off my meat”, made eating indoors unbearable. It really is saying something that mixed up names, messed up orders, and one customer asking for his money back, were in my opinion secondary problems to the obnoxious atmosphere created by these three young employees. I’d be amazed if I was the only negative feedback because every guest looked annoyed at best enduring these guys. I generally enjoy Firehouse and will definitely visit other locations. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went into Firehouse after walking out of Subway and Jersey Mike's in Lone Tree due to cleanliness and customer service issue's. Our experience at Firehouse was a welcomed relief. We were greeted when we walked in, our order was quickly taken and we had our sandwiches within minutes. Thank you for your focus on your service.and quality. Firehouse will be our only choice for sandwiches in Lone Tree Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
