Man, this place just stinks. Waited almost fifteen minutes for a small sub and salad. Asked for the sub to be plain, specified meat and cheese only on the sandwich 3-4 times because the screen wasn't indicating as such. After fifteen minutes, I being the only customer, the sub came loaded. I went back inside and said I wanted it plain just meat and the cheese no toppinps. She was still confused and asked if I meant without bread. Finally I just left. I guess they don't have lids for salad either? I don't mind but it's a franchise. Do better.

First off I was using my gps to get to potbelly and thanks to whoever paid for an ad to put this place on top I arrived here. I went out to get lunch and ended up here and because I can’t keep driving to restaurants I went it and bought some bad sandwich which did not have any veggies in there. Bought smokehouse brisket which wasn’t good and only put pickle on the side. Went in hungry and left hungry. Worst $15 paid on food Felt like o wasted my money Won’t be coming back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

went in for the Mike promo on 5/6 and the told me the promo ended at 3:00 pm and that they were also out of the steak and cheese sandwich definitely would not go back. went to the next firehouse in aurora on new york street and they were way friendlier and amazing. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
