For a long time, I avoided this Firehouse Subs because of the previous ownership. The customer service was consistently disappointing, and the restaurant never felt clean. A couple of months ago, Sean became the new owner, and the difference is truly night and day! From the moment we walked in, Sean and his staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant was spotless, the team was genuinely friendly, and our subs were absolutely stacked with fresh ingredients. When I asked about a military discount, Sean immediately came to the register to show his staff how to apply it correctly. Even though the military service was my husband's, Sean still took the time to thank us for our service, which was a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. I'm so glad we ended up stopping at Firehouse Subs for lunch that day. It's refreshing to see an owner who truly cares about the customer experience. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving this location another try if you haven't been in a while! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Im not one for bad reviews but my experience was a little rough. I had to use the kiosk because the lady at the register was clearly confused perhaps uncomfortable with taking orders, no big deal i guess. Then we waited 23 mins for our sandwiches at a dirty table because there was no clean ones. I ordered a meatball and the new fries. I got my sandwich first and then about 2 mins later got my fries. The sauce portion is too small for the portion of fries given. My food was good but heres where my concern is, a customer picked up a catering order, the large paper bag ripped just at the doors pouring the sandwiches out all over the floor. I assume it was the manager (collared light blue shirt girl) came over and helped pick it all up and rebag it. Great work but she did it with her gloves on and then immediately went right back to the line to make sandwiches. I know she knows better and probably just had a moment but it happened regardless. I asked the other lady who was there if she was a manager and she replied "I'm a district manager. How can I help?". I explained what I witnessed and her response was that she "didnt see it happen." Which was untrue because she was on line making sandwiches when it did. Everyone saw it. She wasn't mean or anything but I didn't feel like she understood the importance of food safety and what I was trying to make her aware of. Again, my sandwich and fries were really good. Thanks! 6/16/26 about noon is when we arrived. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Got the Hook and Ladder. A Great sub. Never been disappointed with a Fireehouse Sub, no matter which location visited. Staff have been polite and helpful at all stores. Highly recommended. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
