I unfortunately have been waiting for 2 months to hear from management about a food safety incident that took place while I was there. A month ago, I had a frustrating experience at this location after receiving a promotional email for a BOGO offer. When I arrived, I was told it could not be honored. I was then asked to download the store’s app and enter my information to locate the coupon. After doing so, I was still told it could not be applied. What made the situation difficult was not just the outcome, but the process. A clear yes or no upfront would have prevented the confusion and embarrassment I felt in that moment. In my frustration, I wrote a review that went too far. I included commentary about the staff speaking in their native language and allowed my reaction to extend beyond the situation itself. For that, I sincerely apologize — especially for any part of my words that may have been hurtful toward the Indian community. That was not appropriate, and it was not my intention. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak directly with the manager. Hearing how my words impacted him and his team gave me perspective. I take responsibility for the tone of my original review. I also want to clarify that when I chose not to order during my recent visit, it was not out of spite. After our conversation, I simply did not feel comfortable proceeding in that moment. I believe both of us were affected by the prior experience. I still believe clearer communication around promotions would help prevent situations like this in the future. At the same time, I appreciate the chance to correct myself and move forward with professionalism. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It’s like going to a Firehouse Subs, but in India. They are rude, and hard to understand, and I watched an employee pick his nose and they make a sandwich. I threw up in my mouth, and left the store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
