Just went it again after a month, as soon as I walk in I noticed someones meatball sub getting dressed with cheese on top on the steam table instantly walked out. Maybe we can getting a proper cutting table to avoid unsanitary behavior Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not bad. The people there were friendly. My order was ready when they said it would be and the sub was pretty good. I would say this is better than Subway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible experience. Went to order a sub to go and was told they were very busy and it would be ~15 minutes. That was fine and I ordered and waited. First, they were out of the large sized cups. Second, their soda machine was out of Coke products. I told an employee the Coke was out and her response was they were 'slammed'. Ok - sounds like you have a staffing issue - not my problem. Waited for my food and when it came up after 15ish minutes no one had fixed the machine. Went and asked about it again and was told "There are other drinks!". Seriously? If someone had ordered a turkey sandwich and you only had some in the back but couldn't be bothered to go get more would you tell your customer "There are other sandwiches"? To compromise I asked for a bottled coke from their fridge instead and she said yes, I could have that. And then, she continued to ignore me, not getting the coke. So I went over to get it myself only to have her say "You can't do that!" in a very nasty voice. Hello!?!? I have my food and need my drink and you won't bloody get it for me! Finally another employee hands it to me, while she is glaring at me and saying something (I'm sure just as rude) under her breath. I finally get out of there and back home with my food - a steak and cheese - only to find out the onions and peppers haven't even been cooked - they were only just a bit warm. TERRRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO HERE. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
