I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location today due to an employee named Mike. I came in intending to use a free sub reward from the corporate app alongside a $10 large sub special. I was unaware that franchise locations do not fully integrate with the corporate app rewards system, but instead of explaining this professionally, Mike was immediately defensive and rude.When I asked about the deal, he snapped, "You want me, a franchise, to honor a coupon from a corporate app and give you a free sandwich? That is not how that works."His growing frustration completely ruined the ordering process. He rushed through the first sandwich without offering any bread options or the brand's signature garlic butter bread. When I immediately tried to specify wheat bread for the BLT, he refused to change it, stating they had already started making it.Because the app coupon was rejected, I paid full price for a second sandwich. Despite his hostile attitude, I remained polite, thanked him, and acknowledged the confusion when picking up my food. Mike refused to offer a basic customer service response, coldly stating, "Here’s your sandwiches." Customers should not be berated or treated with hostility simply because Firehouse Subs has a disconnected app system. Management needs to address this employee's behavior I've never had an issue at this location until today Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We've gone here multiple times and they always get it wrong. Forget the pickle spears every time, and better yet ALL of the sandwich toppings? Ordered a veggie sandwich which comes with bell peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, deli mustard and Italian dressing. Literally payed for that full sandwich and got bread with lettuce and tomato, no sauce. They have no quality control and I thought it would be a one off thing but turns out they are just consistently awful. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Nadia, that’s not the experience we want you to have, especially since this has happened more than once. When you pay for a full veggie sandwich and the order arrives missing toppings and the sauce, it’s a real miss on our end—no one should have to keep dealing with the same problem. Firehouse is one of the best sub sandwich, places in the world. Melissa and all of the staff always are very welcoming and treat me with the upmost respect. I love everything they represent helping out our first responders and I would highly recommend you try their new Philly steak. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
