Ordered ahead and went to pick it up to go home. The Food was good. The exception one sandwich was made with wheat bread instead of the garlic white so we had to wait for that therefore the other sandwiches were not as warm. Secondly. They mislabeled two of the sandwiches. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We’ve given this location a lot of chances because they do make a good sandwich, but the experience at this location is consistently a disorganized disaster. Every single time we’ve had at least one of the following issues if not multiple: food prepared incorrectly, food missing, they’ve run out of an item ordered, or they’re ridiculously slow. Today, we placed an online order. The app told us it would be ready in 10min which is when we arrived at the shop for pickup. After waiting literally 45min (and watching a dozen people get in line, wait 10+ min without being helped, and then turn around and leave) I finally got my order. I should have triple checked the order before leaving the store given past experiences but was running very late due to the wait. 1/4 of my order was not included. I tried to resolve it on the app but it’s a bot that tells you to contact the store. So I called the store, was put on hold, and hung up after waiting 5min. The staff are always nice and apologetic but are clearly not set up for success. If they’re behind, the wait time needs to be updated on the app but there is absolutely no reason a fast food sub shop should need 45 min to make a few subs and then after all that forget an entire part of the order. We could have had a sit down meal in the same amount of time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
