First Class Catering Service catered my birthday party. I have received many compliments on the food & service. All of the staff were helpful, calm, & professional. They added some extra touches which were not in my contract. They pulled out an elevated display stand for the cupcakes and set up 6 dozen cupcakes so that everyone could see them. They also put a candle on a cupcake & lit it while the Happy Birthday song was going on. This was never discussed. They saw the need for it and did it.
