We came here on a Saturday with our family hoping for a nice experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The customer service started off poorly — the cashier didn’t even greet us. We also noticed a spiderweb above the milk and drink station and politely mentioned it, but the concern was completely dismissed. Several items in our order either came out wrong or never arrived at all. I ordered a coffee with cream cheese cold foam, but it came with regular whipped cream instead. The quiches we ordered were also cold in the middle, which was very unpleasant. Both attendants seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there. To make matters worse, all food and drinks were served in to-go containers with plastic silverware, even though we were dining in. This café used to feel so charming and welcoming, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It has so much potential, and I truly hope it can return to what it once was. This was the perfect place for coffee with my dogs! The atmosphere felt like I was surrounded by family even though I was there by myself. Kids playing in the yard, friends catching up, friendly baristas, people stopping in after their bike rides. Great find, certainly will be back! They even have a dog park in the back ! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beyond happy with First Cup Coffee Co. we had my mother’s 50th here and they took such good care of us. Everyone in my family was able to get a beverage to their liking (even the non coffee lovers). The atmosphere was perfect and the kiddos loved the background. Our whole experience was a 10/10! We will be back! Thank you First Cup.
