I cannot recommend this establishment enough! We had an amazing server, Lincoln, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a wonderful gluten-free dining experience. One of the things that impressed us most was that the majority of the menu is gluten-free without sacrificing flavor or quality. The locally sourced meats were exceptional. The filet was outstanding, and the pork chop was absolutely out of this world. To top it all off, they offered gluten-free appetizers, beautiful handcrafted mocktails, and an impressive selection of gluten-free desserts. The lemon butter cake was phenomenal and is an absolute must-try. This has quickly become one of our favorite dining spots in Kansas, and we will definitely be back. If you’re looking for incredible food, outstanding service, and a truly gluten-friendly experience, look no further. Highly recommend this establishment!!! This is such a special restaurant to me. I enjoy every appetizer, entree and dessert!! I have never had a bad meal. I love the upscale but approachable atmosphere. This is my go-to during a celebration or sad occasionally where I need something unique to pick me up. Wichita is lucky for this gem. Yesterday evening a friend and I had dinner at First Mile Kitchen my favorite restaurant in Wichita. I ordered the potato Ganache,we observed the chef, Nick and his wife, Amanda sharing the dish and it looked beautiful. It was not only beautiful but was fabulously delicious. I know a little hyperbolic, but I can’t think of another two adjectives. Form a dish that is normally a little flat this was lick the plate delicious. You’ve done it once again chef Nick, turned the so-so into spectacular. Thank you. DP.
