Their menu is terribly unclear. I ordered an omelet and received an egg and a salad dressed in lemon vinegar, which I would never order due to allergies. The staff were really nice and not at all the reason for the low review. It was completely their food selection, preparation, and presentation. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: You better ask loud and clear to be safe rather than hungry and sorry later.

We had an incredible experience today at First Watch in Upper Arlington, and it was entirely because of our server, Rebecca. We came in today after my sister’s chemo session at the hospital, and Rebecca remembered her immediately. She remembers my sister every time she comes in, and the care and kindness she shows her is truly something special. She treats her with what I can only describe as white-glove service—always attentive, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring. Today, Rebecca made us feel more than just customers. She made us feel like family. During a difficult time, that kind of compassion means more than she probably realizes.
