I have not had a good experience at this location the last four times I’ve eaten here and it’s due to the incompetent people they hire to work in the kitchen (not sure if they just can’t read a ticket correctly or what! ‍). Let me back up 4 visits ago I sat for a good 10 minutes without ANYONE coming up to take my order for a water a drink or nothing, The manager came over apologized and ended up copying my meal. That was the incident, which I let go. Then, I came back after they had already historically left condiments out of my bag, dressings for salads, bread sticks for salad garnishment. ‍. When I went back on 8/28/26 at 9:08 am Ticket number # 50014 I was missing my 2 of my condiments (extra mayo and extra basil dressing ramekins that I asked for), Additionally, I asked for five things of syrup to go for the order of French toast that I had ordered for the second dish I got two, I managed to check that bag before I left because I care about my friend and got the extra syrup before I left. I did not check my food. Also, I asked for the food to come in separate bags. It came in the same bag! The Broccoli and cheddar soup that I was so looking forward to eating with less than halfway full! Who was working in the kitchen first of all? And clearly they do not know how to fill a bowl appropriately because this is ridiculous, an unacceptable! I will never eat at this location again, kitchen staff SUCKS! I went to go, call the store to complain to the manager about the kitchen stuff, my food, and just order in general and my experience, but they were already closed. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Try Biscuit Belly, it’s delicious, and they don’t mess up your order! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Okay but not great food. Okay rather than good service. Food not cooked properly and had to be remade. No apology for that, just brought another dish. Also, I was brought the check 45 min early and not once asked if I needed anything else. Sometimes i like to order a meal to go or another drink but i didnt bother after i was brought the check while still eating. Guess they decided they were done serving me for the day and wanted to focus solely on closing tasks. Definitely won't be back to this First Watch location. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $30–40
