The most delicious Fish & Chips we have had for many years! Perfectly crunchy batter, not greasy, lightly salted, the salad was fantastic. We ordered chips, battered flake, calamari rings and dim Sims. The tartare sauce was also a winner! Homemade I would guess. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

You order, you wait, and you're rewarded with seafood that tastes like it was pulled from the water moments ago. The fish of the day ($16) – on this visit, a battered mirror dory – arrives huge, golden, and shatteringly light. The batter is airy, almost tempura-like, and gives way to a fillet that's remarkably fresh and tender. Add $2 for chips or salad, though the fish alone is generous enough to satisfy.
