I was very disappointed with my experience at Fish Port. The fish I bought was not fresh and the quality did not justify the price. The prices are far too expensive for what you receive. What disappointed me most was that I felt I was misled about the quality of the fish. I trusted the seller's recommendation, but it did not match what I was sold. Honest advice and fair pricing are essential when buying fresh seafood, and unfortunately, I did not experience either. I hope the business improves its quality, pricing, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop

Will NOT return. Bought a dodgy bag of mussels from them. Label says they were packaged 9 days ago from the date I bought them, the safe amount of days to eat mussels after packaging is between 5-6 days. Completely irresponsible of them as this could have made me and my family very ill if I hadn’t done my research after opening the bag and seeing them all open once I’d got home. All of the mussels open and damaged, waste of time and money. What’s worse is when I called them to explain they did not apologise or offer an alternative option, I asked if we could get a free bag of mussels from them next time but after some thought I do not trust them and will not return. Avoid!

Honestly don’t know where these 1-star malicious review come from. Went to the fish shop today, just to find all fishes are fresh than ever, bought a sea bream and an octopus and they turned out to be the best! Don’t listen to others you need to try it yourself.
