First time ordering. Ordered a kebab in naan. Chips and they forgot he chips. How when it's only 2 items. Don't answer phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £10–20

Absolutely terrible..... First time I went on Saturday evening..... asked if they sold fresh fish or frozen...?? He didn't say it was frozen, but start telling me that you cannot get fresh fish anywhere in the country anymore and that no fish shop sells fresh fish portions anymore.... I've owned fish and chip shops my whole life and the ones I use near my house where I live still sell fresh fish!!! The guy was talking absolute rubbish!! His customer service was disgusting...... they cook there pitta bread in the microwave, which is horrible...... and won't accommodate to any of your polite requests....and the food was worse!!! I asked him to cook my pannini a little extra to make it crispy....had an issue with that too...only did it for me as I asked for my money back, so he agreed.... its a wannabe nice new fish and chip shop...make it look good.... but underneath its still just your standard corner kebab shop....same quality food with arrogant customer service.... I'd stay well away...never again will I enter that shop again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Looking for taste texture and quality. Fish box is the place to bring back that traditional British fish and chips real standards chip shop. Chunky flake Cod with the crispy chip with a tender soft mash texture. Got to admit best fish and chips as a small for £6.50 more than worth it. Thanks to the staff who are extremely professional and polite. Great place to have a real traditional meal for the day. With a decent price in today’s day and age. Thank you Fish box .
