Working in the downtown financial district, it is hard to find a hearty, healthy lunch at a reasonable price. Usually once a week, I will venture to the Commerce Court food court to have something from Fit for Life. From the name alone, their main focus is to provide healthy meals. You cannot compare their meals to other greasier and savory counterparts. My two favorites of theirs are the Curry Chicken (can be ordered without the salad) and Chicken Shawarma Salad. Both priced reasonable at $6.99. They give out generous portions and there is enough taste there to keep your taste buds satisfied. Best of all, you won't feel bloated when you get back to the office nor pack on the weight from your weekly visit.
