Hidden gem! The food is fresh, healthy and delicious! Staff are super nice and friendly. The Star Wars theme inside is so cool and fun! I love this place. Teriyaki chicken is so good! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

What an awesome local gem! From the moment I walked into Fit Stop Shakes & Smoothies, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I had the opportunity to chat with Rob and another gentleman who was working with him on Monday around 11 a.m., and both of them were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to walk me through the menu, answer all my questions, and make thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every recommendation they gave me ended up tasting absolutely excellent! The food and smoothies are delicious, the atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the inside of the shop is even cooler than I expected. You can really tell this is a locally owned business that cares about its customers and community. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back often and highly recommend Fit Stop Shakes & Smoothies to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and even better people! Fit Stop Eatery is an absolute knockout. Floor-to-ceiling Star Wars madness, insane attention to detail, and food that’s actually healthy and stupid good. Not a single weak bite. Service is A+, vibes are immaculate, and the whole place feels like a passion project done right. You don’t just eat here—you experience it. If you’re in Seminole and skip this spot, that’s on you.
