I purchase meals for about 3 breakfasts and 6 to 7 dinners each week. Their meals work well with my recent workout regime to help me work towards and achieve my best shape and conditioning in recent memory. The meal portion control and macro balance meet my needs to achieve my goals. Meals are tasty and work well with microwave preparation. The facility has a good vibe and well laid out. The manager Lisa and her assistants always provide big smiles, top level service, great product knowledge and a pleasure to deal with. Lisa’s company is fortunate to have her Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Macro based - high protein Portion control

I’ve been working in Boca for 7 weeks and Fitlife has made it easy for me to eat healthy and delicious meals. They have different portion sizes, macro information, and the ingredients are listed on each meal. Alexa is amazing! Every morning I come in she’s so welcoming and gives great recommendations. Fitlife foods is the best pre made meal service (health conscious or not). I’m a foodie and I HATE left overs/reheating food. I’ve tried all the big name delivery services. I don’t know what the magicians in the kitchen are doing but it’s 5 minutes in the microwave to have a healthy and nutritious meal that tastes like it was fresh made. My most recent visit Bianca at the Boca Raton location helped me find some new recipes and she was fantastic, but regardless of who helps you they are all knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos all around to everyone in the team, it’s a much appreciated effort that doesn’t go unnoticed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
