I went to the Five Guys restaurant in the marketplace today; I've never been to Five Guys before. Never ate at Five Guys. Went in to look at the menu but had to use the restroom. Left the line. The door has a code. Went back to counter and asked for the code. They said, "Speak to the manager." I went to Vilma the GM and asked, "Can I use the restroom?" She boldly said you have to buy something first. I stated I need to use the restroom first! She said, "NO, you have to buy something first!" or go to the restaurant and use it for free... Really! This is unbelieveable! NEVER will I return. BUT only we do this to people. I will take this to the next level!

Came in tonight a little after 9pm and the manager of this store was incredibly rude! Rolling his eyes, unkept appearance, along with rushing me although I was ordering promptly. Better management is needed to keep this operation efficient. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
