Extremely disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger and a regular hamburger, but the cheeseburger came with no cheese at all. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. To make matters worse, the customer right before me also had their order messed up and had to exchange it. It’s clear there’s a serious issue with management and basic order accuracy here. Truly disappointing experience. Price per person: CA$30–40

Over the last few months the toppings have become sparse. On the order I just received there was all of 3 small pieces of shredded lettuce on all the burgers. Some of which was rotten. For a $16 burger they could have at least spared a bit more. Next time I’m going to A&W. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
