Excellent quality food and service. The shake was outstanding and everything was made fresh and had plenty of flavor and I did not feel like dying after eating the larger burger like many other place do to me. This was worth the money and the drive to eat here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bacon Cheeseburger

10/10 experience. Workers were extremely friendly. Food was prepared quickly and tasted excellent. An order of fries wasn’t made so they didn’t charge us for them and made a new batch. Amazing place to go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent Customer Service Recovery – Five Guys (Central, LA) My identical twin brother and I had a wonderful experience at the Five Guys location in Central, LA! While there was initially an issue involving employees, the General Manager truly turned the situation around. The General Manager was very pleasant, professional, and approachable, and took the time to speak with both of us about the changes that were actively being implemented. ️ He was a great listener and was proactive in resolving the concerns, which really showed strong leadership. Because of how well the situation was handled, we returned several more times, and each visit after that was amazing! The service improved noticeably, and the overall experience was excellent. This location clearly values customer feedback and strives to do better. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
