The employees were the nicest i have ever seen at any fast food restaurant. They opened the door for my mom with her walker, and greeted us and said goodbye. The friendliest restaurant employees ever! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered delivery and ended up with a completely different persons order called the store manager and she gave me the option to reorder through her with only a delivery charge. I said yes nothing happened for a hour and they where about to close so I had to call DoorDash to refund my order and order delivery from a different restaurant just overall poor customer service and no burger :( Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Five guys has deleted my past reviews. I stopped going to this location and all other five guys. Burgers aren’t that good. Prices are outrageous. Then they want a tip. Fries are their saving grace. The last time I went there, the person in front of me tipped. They rang a bell and applauded. I didn’t tip because I don’t tip for fast food. I received my order and the fries were half filled. I called them out for this. They denied it had anything to do with the tip. The manager called me the next day because I did their survey (after numerous notifications to do so within hours). He denied that the fries had anything to do with not tipping. I literally saw what other people received. It was such a scam. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
