I had the worst experience at Five Guys in East Rutherford. I placed my order around 6:10 PM and didn’t receive my food until 7:30 PM, over an hour later. During that time, I kept asking for updates and was repeatedly told, “Just one moment.” Meanwhile, they continued taking more and more orders (in-person, Uber Eats, and DoorDash) while the people already waiting had been there for 30+ minutes. The restaurant was packed, and multiple customers were visibly frustrated and complaining about the excessive wait times. It was clear they were completely overwhelmed and not managing the order flow properly. If they can’t control the volume of orders, they shouldn’t be offering multiple ordering platforms at the same time. It creates chaos and leaves customers standing around irritated. By the time I finally got my food, I wasn’t even hungry anymore, just annoyed from waiting so long. I would not recommend going here unless you’re prepared to wait a very long time. Service: 1
