Friday, 5/22 around 9pm, as I was walking out of the shop next door, as a lady & her boyfriend WALKED INTO 5 GUYS WITH A DOG!! Even worse, a female WORKER DIDN'T WASH HER HANDS and went back to touching items behind the counter AFTER squatting down and rubbing all over the dog. It jumped and wallowed all over her too. Wish I could post the photos!! If not emotional support, then no dog should be in a food establishment. PERIOD!! Then the nasty worker not washing hands...disgusting!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION!!! Workers are too inticed by an animal than to tell them to not come in. No telling what else goes on and how REALLY nasty the workers may be.

It might be called "burgers and fries" but the BLTs are freakishly good. This gluten sensitive eater orders a BLT in a lettuce wrap with cheese added. It did not disappoint. I've already added it to my list of go to spots for takeout here in High Point. Thanks for the great service, well-prepared food, and overall efficient takeout experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tonight my family and I decided to stop by Five Guys a little later than usual. It was around 9:35 when we walked in. We even asked the cashier if it was okay that we came in that late because we realized it was close to closing time. She assured us that it was fine. We didn’t receive our food until around 9:45. The food itself was fresh and very good, so I want to give credit for that. However, around 9:59 the person we believe was the manager loudly yelled out “we’re closed” multiple times across the restaurant. It immediately made the situation uncomfortable. Because of that, I stood up and started gathering our food so we could leave quickly. We had used our brown bag to separate fries, so I politely asked for another bag so we could take the rest of our food with us. The staff seemed irritated about giving us another bag, and the same employee again loudly repeated “we’re closed.” As we were leaving, it was about 10:01 at the most. The same employee stood there with his hands up, smiling and waving at us in what felt like a mocking way while repeatedly saying “have a good night” over and over in a monotone voice. This was extremely rude and very unprofessional, especially considering we asked if it was okay to come in and were told it was. If the restaurant did not want customers at that time, we would have gladly gone somewhere else. I also own a business in town and work with many people in the High Point and Archdale area, and I understand how important customer service is, especially at the end of the night. If the owner sees this review, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. I can provide more details and identify exactly who was involved. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
