I was running late for an appointment at Mayo Clinic today, so I didn’t have time to get lunch. Since I was going to be in the Infusion Clinic for several hours, I decided to order delivery from Five Guys through the Uber Eats app. I provided good directions and the driver communicated with me so the delivery was fine. The problem was with my food. First, the french fries that I ordered were severely overcooked. They were dark brown and they looked and tasted disgusting. Second, my burger was assembled wrong and the ingredients did not look fresh - brown lettuce and soft raw onions. Also, regarding delivery orders, there is no place to request condiments. In either app, the only item you can request is a fork. You cannot request salt, pepper, ketchup or vinegar. Sense I couldn’t request it, I just assumed it would be automatically in the order. Not only did I not get any condiments whatsoever for my fries, I didn’t even get any napkins. I get napkins in the bag when I dine in, but not on delivery??? I definitely understand why the reviews on this location are so low. All in all, I paid $35 (including tip, delivery and other fees) for a burger I had to disassemble and french fries I couldn’t eat. Very disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2

staff was friendly, just make sure you inspect your order thoroughly before leaving with your pick up order. paying $60+ for half of what you ordered isn’t always so fun. ordered large cajun fries and got regular, two of the burgers in my order were missing jalapeños, lettuce, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
