Well, to be honest this was my first time in a Five Guys. It will also be my last. Part of this is my fault. I had no idea how it worked. I walked in thinking those expensive prices were for a meal, not just a burger, nope. How much do you think 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks should cost? At anywhere else that sells burgers (other than pubs and eateries), probably looking at around 50 bucks. Maybe even 65 at a Culver’s. $93 was my ticket. I was floored. The guy taking my order couldn't even bother to explain that they don’t have meals and its all separate. I guess what makes this worse was the way he took the order, as if I should know how it all goes. He seemed bothered and didn’t listen well at all. I won’t be back. I can go to burger king and McDonald’s to get sassed for half the price. Specially since I paid nearly a Ben Franklin I would expect it to be correct. It was not. Wife and daughter asked for only cheese and ketchup, theirs was rang in plain. I asked for everything, mine also didn’t have ketchup. However there was some ungodly amount of fries in the bag, like 2 pounds of fries in addition to our 4 orders. I don’t need all that. I needed my order correct, friendly service, and a little explanation. If you guys are going to sell fast food and break traditional notes then the least you could do is explain to the public that you’re going to financially drag them before you do it. $93 is insane for poor service, incorrect order, and mediocre food for a family of 4! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered the Cajun large fries and when I opened the bag it looks like the worker just dumped the seasoning in last minute. Told the cashier and attempted to show her and she proceeds to tell her fellow coworker that I “just didn’t like the fries” and that’s why I wanted them remade. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible location. We ordered through the app and watched our burgers sit there for 15 minutes before anyone helped us. So we had them remake them and two worked just fine stood around while one slowly worked. This location clearly lacks management. We will never return. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
