Absolutely horrible. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a large thing of fries and the burger didn't have ANY bacon the fries had no salt and I had to pay for bacon because the won't fix the flipping thing

I used to love your burgers. I went to the next place today and it was busy. But I had to wait 45 minutes for one bacon cheese burger and fries. I always take it home. The fries were dry and cold. I live 5 minutes away. The ten dollar cheese was cold and dry. Not sure if I will go back. Since you moved to the new place it’s gone down hill.

I had not been to five guys for a couple of years, and last time I went to the one on Douglas, downtown. That time I got a decent sized burger when I ordered the cheeseburger (two patties). Today a coworker and I went to the one on maize road, and I got a much smaller burger even though I ordered the same double cheese. I don't know if they were running out of meat do to the lunch rush, but if you serve a big guy like me a tiny burger one time, you're in high risk of losing my patronage. The burger was $7.09, & I expect to be full after eating a $7 hamburger. It might have been a third pound, but I doubt it. I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but for 7 bucks you should get a heavy half pounder. It tasted good, and has high quality lettuce tomato pickle onion, but come on. 7 bucks should fill a grown man up.
