I wasn’t aware of Five O Four until I walked past it on my way to get some coffee. Growing up in Honduras, I was immediately drawn to the 504 on their food truck and stopped to check out their menu. I settled for the Sweet Potato baleada. I’ve had many baleadas in my lifetime but this was the most unique! Never tried anything like it and am excited to visit again in the future. Such a cool restaurant that celebrates the presence of central america in Louisiana!
