Dear Ms. Sonnenschein, Your parents' table reservation was made in summer 2023 for Boxing Day for 6 people at 1 p.m. At this point, no agreement could be made as to which table the …Dear Ms. Sonnenschein, Your parents' table reservation was made in summer 2023 for Boxing Day for 6 people at 1 p.m. At this point, no agreement could be made as to which table the seats would be at. About 1.5 hours before her arrival, her father informed us by phone that not 6 but 7 guests would be coming. We pointed out to him that there were only 6 seats available at this table and it would be cramped. On public holidays we work with 2 reservation times. Unfortunately, you arrived 15 minutes before your reservation time when other guests were still using “their table”. When making the reservation we pointed out that the table was occupied in advance. You did not express to us a wish for a drink outside. We would certainly have met this requirement despite the high number of guests and table changes. It's a shame that you didn't already speak to us about your dissatisfaction on site. In this case, clarity could have been provided quickly. Best regards Becker family More
