I ordered some items from here on grubhub. Now they didnt have what I ordered but the driver did call and I agreed to substitute for something else. Both items were fish. Now the original order called for 2 pieces of fish (swai) and an extra 2 pieces totalling 4 pieces of fish. When I received the new order I was only given 2 pieces of fish (salmon). That's not even the bad part the food was so salty and greasy, I couldnt even eat it and the macaroni barely had any cheese and tasted sweet like yams. Greens was so salty. The only part I could eat was the cornbread. I wasted money but thank goodness I was atleast reimbursed by grub hub for not getting 2 pieces of fish. But the food went straight in the garbage. Never again will I ever patronize this establishment. Just terrible. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 2

Hi Janiece, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that your order did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an incomplete substitution order and then have the food quality fall short as well. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you pointing out the issues with the fish portions, as well as the concerns about the seasoning and preparation of the sides. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be shared directly with our kitchen team so we can address these inconsistencies immediately. While we’re glad Grubhub was able to partially reimburse you, we’re disappointed we let you down. We’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right if you’re willing. Please contact us at info@tasteflavr.com, and a member of our management team will contact you directly to follow up on your experience. Thank you again for the honest feedback — it helps us improve.

I live across the street so I always wanted to come here, and I'm glad I finally did! I got the turkey wing dinner with cabbage greens and mac & cheese. The turkey wings were amazing! They were melt off the bone good and seasoned well. The greens had the perfect amount of spice and the mac & cheese was tasty. The meal also came with complimentary corn bread which I liked. Will definitely be coming back, there was a lot more on the menu I wanted to try (especially the eggrolls) but I had a very good first experience. Went to Flavr last week and was truly impressed. The turkey wings were excellent, that cabbage and green mix was truly flavorful and the green beans tasted like somebody grandma was in the kitchen cooking them. I will definitely be returning b.
