Really enjoyed my time here! I’ve been wanting to check out Florette for a while and was happy when I called in to find out they had a table available. The bartender that evening made some incredible cocktails and was very pleasant and welcoming. I ended up ordering the creamsicle cocktail and it was delicious. So my friend and I ended up ordered the; - Asparagus - Hamachi Crudo - Scallops - Striploin I enjoyed everything, but loved the crudo. The steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes that came with it were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Variety of different vegetarian options, include a pasta for a the main. Dietary restrictions: They may accommodate based on the request.

I happened upon this gem after one of my local go to spots closed for good, and I am so glad I did. This was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar and ordered the chef’s tasting with the beverage pairing. Brandon was outstanding. He didn’t just pair drinks with each course. He explained why he chose them and how each pairing complemented the food. It made the whole experience feel intentional from beginning to end. Picking a favorite is almost impossible because every course was outstanding, but if I have to start somewhere, it has to be the hamachi crudo. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the crispy noodles added just the right amount of crunch with a little heat. It was one of those dishes where every bite gave you something new. The Manila clams were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m a big clam guy. They came in an incredible andouille broth with sourdough on the side. I made sure every last drop of that broth disappeared. I’m not usually a rigatoni guy, but this dish completely changed my mind. The vodka sauce was rich and silky with just enough heat to keep it interesting without overpowering the pasta. It was one of those dishes that reminds you what a great chef can do with balance and restraint. The duck was the star of the night. Every bite was better than the last. Even dessert impressed me, and that’s saying something because I’m usually not much of a dessert person. Every course somehow managed to top the one before it. I’ve had tasting menus at some outstanding restaurants, and this one belongs in that conversation. If you’re going to visit, sit at the bar, order the chef’s tasting, trust Brandon with the pairings, and enjoy the evening. I’ll absolutely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food here was absolutely amazing! Every bite of everything we ordered was so so so good and exceeded expectations. This would be a perfect girls night or date night spot.
