Bought a product in the perfumery department in mid-December. Towards the beginning of January it breaks on its own. Unfortunately I no longer had the receipt but I did have the credit card statement. Once at the shop the cashier tells her what the girl from the perfumery tells her, that is, that they have a 10 day return policy and without a receipt they won't accept anything. Ok, let's get rid of the fact that it was a manufacturing defect and I wasn't lucky in purchasing that product. A 10 day returns policy? According to what law? The phenomenon of perfumery that doesn't even deign to see what happened and propose a possible solution, nothing, zero. Regardless, Flower exists, problem solved.

On December 9, 2023, I bought gifts for relatives and a teapot for myself in this store. After a month of use (I used it a maximum of 3-4 times), the kettle simply cracked. Fortunately, this apparently happened after everyone had already drunk the tea, otherwise there would have been very disastrous consequences from the glass in the drink. I followed the care recommendations exactly as described in the instructions. I decided to contact the store so that they could either replace the low-quality product or solve this issue in some other way. Unfortunately, I didn’t save the receipt, because... When I bought it, it was attached to the bag and I didn’t notice that I threw it away. And honestly, I didn’t expect that such an expensive purchase (about 40 €) would last me less than a month and I would have to go to the store. When contacting, I informed that I did not have a check, but I had a bank transaction, because... payment was by card. The store employees refused to help in any way, citing the fact that they generally have a 10-day return period, and they don’t even have a receipt. Let me draw your attention once again - there is a bank transaction, and the store has a copy of the receipt regarding this transaction. In addition, this is not a normal return, but a return of a faulty product, and they were required to look into this matter. I, of course, was not in the mood to talk to them and teach them about the law and how to work with clients. I left, leaving them the defective product as a souvenir. I think that the employees behaved completely incorrectly, and I will never return to this store again. But my husband and I were frequent customers there and shopped for decent sums. I wish this store with low-quality and potentially dangerous Chinese goods for 4 prices to close safely with such an attitude towards customers.

Only for online purchases are there more defined policies. On each receipt that is issued there are the rules for making returns and these are also remembered with a recorded voice inside the shop (returns within 10 days and with receipt in hand), therefore once 10 days have passed (in your case there are past 30) we cannot replace a product, even more so without a receipt! Your objection would be reasonable if the product was under warranty, but unfortunately this is not your case. We are sorry that the product broke within a short time, but given the circumstances we were unable to do anything. Furthermore, if you are concerned about cost and origin, you could evaluate it during the purchase phase, as both information is available on the product packaging.More
