Almond croissant and Spinach Feta Croissant are Top! Tip - Just be patient to take it home and heat it at 360 for 6 mins before eating it. Haven't asked for it to be heated at store. So don't know if they do it for you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fun place. Looking for croissants. This place has given me the best croissant so far TBF, haven’t been many places though. Almond, chocolate, & plain. Great shatter and honeycomb. Was hoping to have a more buttery flavor in the plain. Almond flavor was marginally weak. Chocolate quite good. Great atmosphere. Pleasant cashier. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything you get at Flour City Bread Company is delicious, The briochen and brioche sucre, the croissants, the fougasse, the ciabatta rolls, the baguettes, and the apple sticky buns are just some of our favorites. The focaccia is to die for! There is always a line and many restaurants in the area are now serving items from FCBC. C'est manifique! I did not expect to buy a sandwich. However, the sales person described the French style ham and butter on a bagette so well that I was won over. And I do think it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was excellent, but add butter and ham and it was incredible. if I lived in Rochester, I would eat there every day.
