La comida a domicilio es una de las grandes ventajas de Fly burger. Una serie de visitantes han notado que aquí el personal esta bien preparado. Te va a encantar su eficiente servicio. Según el punto de vista de los clientes, sus precios son adecuados. Lo que hace único a este lugar está en su tranquila atmósfera. Hamburguesa cheeseburger y papas fritas muy ricas y grandes!! El local higienico y los chicos muy amables. Voy a volver a probar el resto del menú seguro!!!

I hope this review helps other customers further. After a football game, i ordered food through Uber Eats from Fly Burger in Köln for friends and me. I went to the restaurant to pick the food up but the food was not ready, so a friend and i decided to wait in the store until the food got ready. We ordered 8 chicken sandwiches (4 wraps and 4 Burgers). While one of the staff was preparing the sandwiches my friend noticed that he was preparing 4 sandwiches and not eight so my friend went to him and told him that we ordered eight sandwiches. The guy checked the order again and said to my friend good that you said so. He added bread for the other four sandwiches but no chicken on the grill. When the other staff member was wraping the four wraps he noticed that the chicken was too less and asked his colleague if thats all and the colleague did a sign with his hand to make the other guy understand to wrap them quickly. Then they started preparing the burgers. According to the Uber Eats App, it says that the burger has 160g of chicken, however the amount was obviously much less. I went to the staff and asked him why is there too less chicken in the burger eventhough it says 160g in the app. He answered me that the 160g is only in case there is no offer ( we ordered with the offer buy one get one free). The other colleague told him that double the amount of chicken should go in the burger and they started discussing in a not understandalble language neither for me nor for my friend. Nevertheless, i was telling my friend that i would love to cancel the order but unfortunatly i cant. Then they started saying bad words to us indirectly. Me and my friend felt discriminated and disappointed from this order and this store. Very rude and corrupted staff. Very Dirty store, preparing with no gloves. Not recommended at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
