We really enjoyed our meal tonight at Flyover Brewing Company. The food was excellent, but the service not so much. Our server was nice, but not super attentive and we got charged for the kids drinks, even though the menu says that the drinks are included in the kids meal. I asked the server about it and she said that the drinks were not included in the meal and she was sorry. I told her that’s not what the menu says and she just said sorry. Super frustrating because it clearly says on the menu that the kids meal is served with your choice of a soft drink, milk, or juice box. To me that means that the drink is included in the kids meal price! They were out of milk, but didn’t tell us until after we already ordered it. I had also asked if my daughter could have a different side other than the fruit cup and she said that she could have a side salad. Zero mention that it would be an up charge of $5! I would suggest asking lots of questions before ordering and making sure you ask if you will be charged extra for anything. We also had to wait a long time for an appetizer, which was asked about once and then we were given no more updates. Our whole table was done with our meal before the appetizer came out. Again, we enjoyed the food, but disappointed in getting charged when we shouldn’t have ($11 extra) and the long wait on the appetizer.
