Fonce in Taipei was such a gem. The interior is amazing — it really feels like a little piece of Mexico in the city, with so many beautiful details and an open kitchen vibe. Service was super attentive, and we even met the chef, Leonardo, who presented a few dishes, which made it feel really personal. Food and wine were both fantastic. And the absolute highlight — the chef’s dog , who was incredibly friendly and basically made everyone’s night. One of my favorite places in Taipei!
