I had a very disappointing experience at Katsuya inside the Super H Mart food court, and it is enough that I do not plan to return. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and it arrived without the tonkatsu. When I asked about the missing meat, I was told to bring the bowl back to prove it. In the kitchen, someone used my own chopsticks and fork to dig through the ramen to check whether there was meat inside. After confirming there was not, they cooked some meat and added it to the same bowl and tried to hand it back to me. That did not feel acceptable. Once food has been handled like that, it should be remade, not searched through and returned. After speaking with the front clerk, they agreed to prepare a new bowl. Unfortunately, the second bowl felt rushed and inconsistent. The naruto slices were partially cold and hard, and some pieces were not edible. The vegetables were unevenly cooked. Some were cold and some were overdone. When I showed this to the staff, I was told that is how it is supposed to be and nothing else was offered. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. The sanitation concern and the dismissive response made the situation worse than the original mistake. Because of the overall experience and the way it was handled, I will not be returning to eat at this food court. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a bean paste stew from Hanchon in this food court. It was bland and the service was slow despite there was only a few people eating. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
