Metal wire in the curry sauce. Part of my order was missing and in spite of calling immediately after delivery, they told me they had no drivers so couldn't deliver the missing food. Unfortunately my 6 year old didn't take much comfort in getting a refund instead of her dinner. Then my wife found a piece metal wire in the curry sauce. Keep well away from this place, terrible service is the least of the problem when food safety is that bad! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Personally, our experience with myself and my girlfriend was very unpleasant at Food Factory. The chips were as dry, plain and unappetising than I had ever had anywhere else. The burger we had - the quality was very bad, but the taste was “meh” not to mention the rat p*ss on the cans of pop :S Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
