I’ve been getting the turkey club from food food for years. Today the turkey club was not the same. It didn’t have the middle piece of toasted bread and the amount of turkey was half of what it has always been. Things happen, I get it. I called them afterwards to ask if they had changed how they make the sandwich. They said no. I explained the issue with the two that I had just purchased. They offered nothing. These are not cheap sandwiches. The lack of attention to my issue is really what has turned me off. I won’t be going back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi James! I'm very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. There is no excuse for the disappointment you felt with both the food and follow-up afterwards. If you're ever willing to give us another shot, please contact our store and ask to speak to either manager (Victor or Melissa), and they will be more than happy to make this right. Thank you, - Food! Food!

Food!Food! catered our Celebration of Life service at the Mayfield Cottage recently. They made the entire planning process simply and clear. On the day, they delivered everything on time and the food was wonderful. The food was delicious and we could not be happier with Melissa & her team!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
