I was really looking forward to a hot, home-cooked meal, but what I got felt like it had been sitting for atleast two days.
As for the taste, I was left completely unimpressed. The flavors were bland and lacked any sort of seasoning. It felt like the food was made without any care or love—just a quick assembly line job. The curry was watery, the rice was overcooked, and the sabzi tasted stale.
To top it all off, I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like they didn’t care at all about my experience.I cancelled my service and asked for refund and they refused to refund the balance they owe for my tiffins.
Overall, I was really disappointed and won’t be ordering from Food Monks again. There are far better options out there if you’re looking for quality food and service. Save your money and look elsewhere!
