I had the privilege of connecting with Mrs. Keisha, the exceptional manager on duty this morning on 05-13-2026, regarding the retrieval of crucial receipts from a diesel pump. Her unwavering patience and kindness over the phone, while simultaneously delivering outstanding service to guests in the store, is truly exemplary. The individual who entrusted her with the managerial role made a phenomenal decision, as she consistently showcased remarkable customer service and leadership abilities. Through our collaborative effort, Mrs. Keisha and I successfully located the receipts in question, further demonstrating her impressive problem-solving skills. Whenever I'm in Kaplan, I'm more than happy to direct my business and patronage to Food and Fun, knowing I'm supporting excellence.

For a town that only has one 24 hour gas station and is the last form of store before going out of civilization, one would expect the store to have a bathroom for customers. As a disabled citizen in rural Louisiana, I cannot fathom the disrespect.

Customer service sucks. They put trespassing papers on someone who would put gas everyday and called the police says he was threatening the work. When it was not true. So they loss a lot of business.
