Products are okay, but no single staff speaks English , if you ask something they don’t understand. Customer service- they are a bit rude especially the short blond lady.

Such an amazing shop! Specialised sections with a generous option of Polish, Slovak/Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, and even Ukrainianan products. The only place I know where you can get bryndza (sheep cheese) in Cardiff. With hrubá and polohrubá múka (flour), knedlík (a loaf of steamed, yeast dumpling) as well as amazingly priced Slovak/Czech sweets and wafers (Horálky and Mila is a must try). Fresh cake counter is to die for. The amazing cured meats counter is still waiting for me to explore. I like getting my true Hungarian paprika from here, as well as the wide variety of herbal teas such as nettle, Hawthorne flower, or horsetail. This is also the place to get fresh parsley root. Similar to parsnip, but with a very distinctive flavour that's irreplaceable in soups and broths. Do try it, I heard it used to be common in the UK, just gone out of use.
