On June 29, 2020 at approximately 1129 hours Tom H. and I, Dante G., responded to Food on Spruill located at 4262 Spruill Avenue, which is in the jurisdiction of the city of North Charleston, county of Charleston, and state of South Carolina, in reference to Cincinati Chili distribution. Upon arrival, we parked in the street side parking on Aragon Avenue, facing the B Side of the building. We entered through the single, inward opening door located in the center of the A Side of the building. We moved to the counter, located to the left of the entrance, where we were greeted by an unknown male white. The menu was a single page and located on the counter. Hot dogs, burgers, fries were the predominate choices. Burritos and pulled pork rounded out the fair food fare. The prices, however, were suspect. Tom H. and I went with the same order, except Tom H. held the onions. The order was as follows. One Coney Dog, one cheeseburger, and fries. Water to drink due to the ambient temperature being approximatley 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32.2 degrees Centigrade; 305.372 Kelvin). The order arrived quickly, amazingly fast. The hot dog was served on sliced bread. The Cincinati Chili was spot on. The burger was a one temp cooked patty, tastey. It was interestinglt served with either white amerivan cheese or Swiss. All in all, Cincinati Chili distribution is confirmed. Further investigation needed. No photographs. End of Report.
