We ordered Chicken Kadhai with Naan. The food was really good at Foodies. The owner is really nice person. We also got 10 percent discounts when we went there with the flyer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

Last time we went to Foodies, there was heavy construction outside, making it really difficult to enter the restaurant. The entire front was blocked, and we struggled to get inside. After finally making it in and placing our order, the loud drilling noises made it hard to enjoy our meal. Today, as we passed by, we thought of giving it another try and enjoying a peaceful dinner. We ordered Seekh Kebabs, which were absolutely delicious, and the naan was incredibly fresh. The kids loved their Zinger burger as well. The food reminded us of Pakistan, bringing back nostalgic memories. We also had a conversation with the owner, who told us that today was their last day in business.They suffered significant losses due to the ongoing construction, which was heartbreaking to hear. The food was amazing, and it truly was a hidden gem in downtown Calgary
