I think this might be my favorite place from the dining halls! Quality here is definitely a lot better and the vibes are definitely so nice! There are days when I'm not as thrilled with the food, but there have been so many times when I'd come in for the potato bar or the fried Korean tofu (I think they have that on Saturdays; I should've gone there more often when the tofu was offered since that was genuinely so elite). I've been going to the dining halls every year since freshman year, and I genuinely don't regret it. Foothill is definitely my favorite, and marching up Hearst avenue makes it even more worth it! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I give Foothill Dining a 2 star rating because the food is just flat out disappointing. Everything is always super dry and bland. The menu options are often what drive me to visit the Foothill Dining Hall but it is never cooked to any level of satisfaction. It also took them over a year to fix there soda machine so the only option people had to drink was apple or orange juice, not even water. The atmosphere, although not very social, is quite nice as you can see the sunset and they even have televisions. I always try and give it another try but it rarely does not disappoint. The one highly positive thing I must add is the midnight cookies are amazing! They are definitely worth making the trek up the hill for! And if you are deciding between Foothill and Cafe 3 dining you should still choose Foothill every time hands down. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
