A Masterclass in Indian Flavors – Absolute Must-Visit! Visited ForKnife Restaurant tonight for their Friday Special Indian Buffet, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was incredibly tasty, offering a massive variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that truly capture authentic Indian flavors. The live stations were a massive highlight—the live dosa counter was excellent, and the live chaat option was a flavor explosion, especially the delicious pani puri, sev puri, and bhel. But the absolute showstopper for me was their pickle selection. I can honestly say these are the world’s best pickles I have ever tasted! The authentic Indian flavors across so many unique varieties—including lemon, carrot, chili, ginger, beetroot, and mango—were spectacular. They also offer a fantastic spread of fresh salads, refreshing drinks, and a grand dessert station featuring more than 10 varieties of sweets and fresh fruits. Wrapping up the night with their special tea at the end was the perfect conclusion to a heavy meal. The service throughout the night was excellent. A special thanks to Chef Mr. Munna and the wonderful staff for their exceptional kindness, hospitality, and attentive service. If you are a true Indian food lover, this buffet is highly recommended. I and my wife had an Indian dinner buffet on 29th May 2026 at ForKnife restaurant. We are really love its taste and spreads of Indian cuisine. I had a wonderful dining experience here today, made truly special by the outstanding staff Fahad. I was struggling with a cold and could barely speak, but the waiter noticed immediately without me even having to ask. He thoughtfully brought me warm water infused with lemon, mint, and ginger, which was incredibly soothing. It’s rare to find such proactive and empathetic service! When I was indecisive about which fresh juice to order, the waiter was very honest and knowledgeable. He explained that their juices are 100% fresh with no added sugar. While I was considering pineapple, he candidly advised that it wasn't the best season for it and recommended the watermelon juice instead. I really appreciated his honesty—the watermelon juice was refreshing and naturally sweet! The Signature Fettuccine Alfredo was great with generous portion. The chicken pieces were incredibly tender and juicy. They provided extra cheese on the side, allowing me to make the pasta even more "cheesy" and delicious and alfredo sauce was rich and creamy. It’s clear that Mr. Fahad is passionate and highly knowledgeable about the menu. He also took the time to explain the hotel membership and current restaurant promotions, which definitely makes me want to return.
