Yesterday, after a successful walk, my girlfriend and I went for coffee/tea with dessert at Fortissimo, which is located in the center of Rivne. There were almost no free tables on the street, so we sat down in the middle of the establishment. We chose a table (+- in the middle, not under the speakers, as we noticed that the music was playing loud enough), and made an order (by the expression on the waiter's face, we felt unfriendliness and slight irritation when we asked what desserts were available). Ok, we're all human, we didn't give it any importance. They sat down next to each other, not across from each other, so that it was good to hear the interlocutor. After 5 minutes of conversation, they noticed that we went from a normal tone of conversation to +-shouting. When our order was brought to us, we immediately asked to make the music a little quieter, because our head was starting to hurt (the speaker was suspended somewhere 5-8 meters away from us). Our request was not heard, so we sat in literal discomfort for the next hour of our stay. Coffee and ginger tea were delicious, no complaints about that. Desserts: an eclair with chocolate filling (frankly not tasty, we didn't even finish it) and a lemon tart - it was extremely tasty, which is why each of us bought a piece to take away. Upon arriving home (+-30 min) I unpack and taste the tart - and it is literally not tasty (not like the one we ate at the restaurant). I am writing to my friend, asking if the tart she brought with her is tasty; the answer is no. If administrators will read this, I can specify what was wrong: in the restaurant, the tart was sweet and sour (as it should be), good proportions of lemon filling and whipped egg whites with sugar, the bottom felt soaked, it did not fall apart! The one that was for takeaway: a smaller layer of lemon filling and a much larger layer of sugar (so sweet that it was impossible to eat), and the bottom turned into porridge. That is, according to such and such a logic, I should order at the establishment, and then ask to pack it with me, so that they pack the same thing with me to taste?
