Visited Fortune Eight during their grand opening week. It's a fast casual Chinese spot where you order on a tablet and the food is made to order. The dishes have good flavor, not too oily or salty, and include a variety of vegetables. I especially appreciated the design of the space! Overall, it's a great spot for a quick lunch or a to go meal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant has a good, modern and sleek atmosphere. The people working there were very kind. They offer fountain drinks that are made with real sugar. I did have some problems with the food. First of all, it was a bit underseasoned but did have a good flavor. The the bigger pieces of chicken I received was undercooked and pink on the inside. The chicken dish which was undercooked was the chicken and vegetables. The egg roll was good. All the food seemed to be fresh so that is also a good thing. Hi John. Thank you for visiting our restaurant. To ensure that we follow up thoroughly on the taste and well doneness of your chicken dish, may I ask which dish you had? ADDED: Thanks for clarifying John. Since your last visit, we changed from chicken thigh to breast, which is easier for even cutting and cooking. In addition, the team is paying more attention to the chicken piece sizes when they are preparing, since the uneven sizing will create additional variations on the cooking. Lastly, we tasted the chicken and Veg dish and agree that it could use slightly more seasoning to further enhance the flavors. We are currently working to improve this. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention!

My family have been to visit a few times since the store opened and every visit was met with warm greetings and great food. The staff made sure the restaurant clean, and they checked in on customers routinely. It's a great local spot for us and it's safe to say we will be back.
